Activity

The D Homes Villa Management carries out a year-round concierge and villa stewardship activity on the Saint-Tropez peninsula.
  • Our mission is to support private owners in the logistical, technical and aesthetic management of their property, through:
  • Monitoring and coordination of service providers (maintenance, garden, swimming pool, maintenance, etc.),
  • The regular supervision of the villas,
  • Preparation and control before stay,
  • The reception of occupants and the management of tailor-made services during the season,
  • And the overall enhancement of the customer and owner experience.
  • The D Homes acts exclusively as a service provider.
No real estate brokerage activities are carried out:
  • Rental contracts and transactions are established directly between owners and travelers, or via partner platforms (Airbnb, Abritel, etc.).
  • To facilitate the proper organization of stays, The D Homes provides owners with a model contract between landlord and tenant, which can be signed via DocuSign, directly between the parties.
  • This document is provided as an example and does not constitute an act of intermediation or rental management within the meaning of the Hoguet Act.
